Future Goals
Three Year Plan
To charity is to be registered as operating in Ecuador. This will allow the organisation to have assets, a bank account and specific insurance for Ecuador, rather than working through a third party. The organisation will look to increase the number of teaching projects to 5, using a similar format to that of the Arajuno Road Project. To raise funds the organisation should also look to offering affiliate projects on the YouVolunteer website in areas such as animal rescue. The organisation should also look to having interns and paid staff in the UK, to be able to maximise the potential of acquiring grants and funds, and to raise the profile of the organisation. The organisation should have regular sponsorship of its staff and operations in addition to regular single donations.
